Logline: An hour-long TV dramedy about a junior college dropout, 20-year-old Billy Beamer, who, inspired by the rejection of his girlfriend, decides to pursue his vision for his little Arizona town to become the romantic capital of the United States.

He convinces the village to change its name to “Romance,” and begins inviting unhappy couples of all ages to make the pilgrimage to the Grand Canyon State to rekindle the fire their relationships.

As Beamer overcomes one obstacle after another, dozens of fallen-out-of-love lovers of all sizes, shapes, and emotional makeups, make the trek to experience romantic rejuvenation.

Logline: A weekly sitcom in the vein of “The Wonder Years,” showcasing the adventures of Kelsie Curtis, a 13-year-old African American who is the epitome of a wonderful human being. She is charismatic, kind, generous, honest, humble and memorable!

The pilot highlights a contest to win a trip to Disney World, and one of Kelsie’s female classmates is determined to win to the point of cheating. The rivalry between her and Kelsie is real throughout the series.

Logline: A 30-minute weekly dramedy featuring two men: the anal-retentive Charles Stern, and the free-spirited Remy Massimino, who randomly meet in a hotel lobby while waiting for their rooms, and wind up having stimulating conversations every week on a variety of topics.

Their interactions include societal contradictions, the female mind, psychology, pet peeves, sports, their careers, and various other entertaining discussions.

They are animated, melancholy, opinionated and often hilarious. Each week viewers will tune in to see their latest rants and enjoy the male ego in all its glory.

Logline: Dire is a weekly 30-minute series featuring the twists and turns of the macabre. Every episode begins normally, until it doesn’t, venturing out into the realm of unspeakable horror, surprising its unsuspecting victims.
It is long on suspense and short on gore, preferring to use unexpected twists and turns to shock the viewers who never see the evil coming a la Hitchcock or Serling.
Nice people are suddenly thrust into a world of horrific fantasy without warning. What seems real, is not. What appears predictable is anything but.
The hour-long pilot is about a young man traveling back in time to find the killer of his beloved girlfriend ten years earlier. But is that his true motive?
Perhaps not.

Logline: A half-hour sitcom featuring a colorful Uncle Mario who has a very high opinion of his talents but is short on delivering them. He is good-natured but has a short fuse when he suddenly realizes he is in over his head in each situation.

In the pilot episode, “The Pinata,” he comes to the rescue of his nieces and nephews who are unable to crack a pinata filled with candy. He is unaware that he is stepping into an infomercial about a super glue product holding the pinata together and as he flails away to no avail, the children begin laughing at him. Now, clearly frustrated, he takes his emotions out on the TV host who is also laughing at him. All’s well that ends well when the pinata finally breaks, showering candy all over him as he sputters to the ground!

Logline: Jerry is a very smart dog that is constantly waxing eloquent about his take on stupid humans who make him laugh. He's the beloved pet of Richard and Gloria Getty, who have no idea how clever he is. The adventures of Jerry the Beagle are filled with weekly hilarity in this charming 30-minute sitcom.

We hear Jerry's voice as he makes observations about his human family, stupid neighbors, dumb things in society, and his crush on the cute silver poodle next door, Collette. Jerry believes himself to be human with all the emotions and passions of a person. He is witty, moralistic, and downright honest.

Logline: A 30-minute sitcom about a tiny TV station set in the farming town of Red Top, California, near Fresno. The characters of the station are as colorful as they are incompetent.
With no experience and a very limited budget, KRUD-TV is owned by a Swedish immigrant who inherited $42,000 from his late mother and has one year to make the station viable.
Olee Olson hires a bunch of goofy, lovable, out-of-work amateurs who team up to produce an on-air news station with little chance of success. But they love each other and support each other despite their drawbacks.

Castille - The Miniseries

Logline: A four-part TV miniseries featuring two warring families in Spain who vie for supremacy in the mining industry through vengeance, violence, betrayal, murder, and allegiance to family issues. The Castilles and the Matas hate each other and there are no boundaries holding them back.
​
Both rich patriarchs raise their two sons with the same intensity for good and evil. The noble Castille family constantly fends off the bloodthirsty Matas, who are trying to destroy them. The beautiful daughter of Don Mata falls in love with Manuel Castille, further complicating the scenario.
The first episode, “Pablo’s (ill-fated) Love,” is followed by three more segments: “The Mexican Revolution,” “The Fight over Californious,” and “Running for The Golden Gate Governor,” all involving the heirs to the family rivalry.
Riveting and unpredictable, this 12-hour miniseries will be picked up by a network in both the domestic and international markets.

Logline: On the night of the league championship game, after NFL quarterback Sonny Wade leads his team to a berth in the Super Bowl, he and his fiancée mysteriously disappear into the night, and no one has seen them since.

Homicide detective Michael Gallagher joins colorful detective Leo Cannoli of the LAPD to solve the mystery of the vanishing football player.
​
But this is more than just a Super Bowl mystery. At its heart is the saga of a military hero who must come to grips with his lifelong jealousy for his brother, the superstar quarterback.
​
Roger Wade is a decorated veteran of the Gulf War, yet is unrecognized within his own family, especially by his father who has given his blessing to his younger son.
​
Other suspects include a vicious Mafia don trying to manipulate the point spread, an unscrupulous sports agent, the fiancée’s father who hates Sonny, the backup quarterback who wants Sonny out of the way and Sonny’s ex-girlfriend who wants him for herself.

Logline: A film remake of “Have Gun Will Travel,” with a different title due to copyright restrictions. The lead character is named Zephyr. Although he is a proficient gunfighter, he uses his mind to solve mysteries and resolve conflicts in the Old West. He wears all white instead of all black, and loves champagne, caviar and a good cigar.
​
The pilot concerns a kidnapping of a teenage daughter of one of Zephyr’s best friends. He is on a mission, along with a gorgeous female ally named Onyx, who knows how to handle a gun, to find the vicious gang (led by an infamous gunfighter) holding the teenager, and safely return her to her father.

Logline: A financially strapped, incurably romantic Millennial, Ryan Patrick, meets his new neighbor across the hall: Emily May Smart, a beautiful heiress worth $400 million. He has no idea she is wealthy, and is smitten with her, but he can’t afford to date, and she has a cheating boyfriend.

Throughout the film, Ryan is constantly juggling several problems at once: he cannot pay his most basic bills, he must pawn his car to avoid eviction, Emily’s underhanded boyfriend is constantly blocking any attempts to see her, Ryan hates his menial job at a cheesy burger joint, his crazy ex-girlfriend keeps harassing him, and he has no way out of his ongoing mess of a life.

This romantic comedy features two incredible people who are gradually drawn together, which leads to a heartwarming ending when they finally realize they have romantic feelings for each other.
​
It is only then that Ryan discovers Emily's wealthy status.

Logline: Holly Blake, an All-American housewife and mother of two teenage children, goes missing on a Friday morning while her family is away. It soon becomes apparent that this is a possible kidnapping with murder, so Michael Gallagher, the lead homicide detective for the Athens, Georgia police department. is assigned to the case.
​
Along the way he encounters several potential suspects who all have a motive to kidnap and kill the stay-at-home mom. His investigation leads him to two murderers, a rapist, a stalker, a dysfunctional pastor, a woman beater and the boyfriend of the housewife’s daughter.
Gallagher himself is almost killed on several occasions as he tries to untangle the complex web of mystery that shrouds the truth of Holly's disappearance. The ending is as unforeseen as it is heartwarming.

Logline: The true story of an underdog boy’s baseball team set in the turbulent year of 1968, which includes events such as the Vietnam War, LBJ’s decision not to seek re-election, nationwide campus protests, the national draft and the assassinations of Dr. Martin Luther King and Senator Robert Kennedy.

The St. Rose baseball team, after going winless the previous year, is the laughingstock of the Catholic League, until they begin winning every game in a march to the championship. Led by a charismatic coach, Tim Maloney, and a rally rooster named Rosie, the boys defy the odds and find themselves in the title game against the perennial superstars, Cathedral Catholic.
Coach Maloney has his hands full campaigning for his congressman’s re-election, trying to avoid getting drafted and being sent to Vietnam, and convincing the girl next door to date him.

For the next 1 and 1/2 hours, they huddle in fear with their pastor, his wife and various leaders, with reports of an escaped killer in the area. Their interactions range from fear to faith, to paranoia, to denial, to bravery, to a means of escape.
